Mike have them come to the site and make a request. be sure they leave contact info. When asked in game i refer them to our site. They get all miffed once in a while but just explain to them that they need to go to the site and our scrim officer will contact their clan leaders. If we don't make a process out of it we don't know what we are getting into. Our scrim officer works out the terms of the scrim. We don't want to just say okay to a scrim with out working out details and get set up for a fall with a clan that might hack. This way both clans can have some oversight of the match. Scrims are more then just fun they can show the skill of a clan. Therefore the reason we have practices and such.
