The Server Rules - for All Players
Our Servers are constantly monitored, so are the LOG-files
REGISTERING to our website, DOES NOT make you a member to our Clan.
( 0 ) Admin's & the Kicking, TempBanning or Banning Policy's.
At all times the Admin's will Judge based on our Rules, when they ommit a Kick, Tempban or a Ban.
- You dont have the right to cuss out an Admin for doing so, if you do he could give you a Tempban or a Permanent Ban for it. - When an Admin asks you something, you comply to it or you leave our Servers.
A Kick = you have been warned, but you can come back anytime.
A Tempban = You have been warned more than once and you can come back after 1 Hour.
A Ban = You can't come back that easy
You have to either make a posting in our BAN Forum or you can write us an E-mail or PM about it. In both cases you must Register to get hold of our E-mail's or the PM's. If you want to make a public complaint at our Forums, you also have to Register to get access to our Forums. In most cases the registration will be completed in 2 days - after you have ACTIVATED your account.
- Making announcements in the chatbox about the Tempban or Ban, will be removed by an Website Admin.
( 1 ) At ALL times, have respect for each other, We all are gamers here.
We dont like it to be cussed out, just because you didn't shared the other persons fun ! If you don't have any sense of HUMOR, I rather have it, you go play on other servers than on OURS !
We play in the 1st place for the FUN of it / 2nd - For Our Enjoyment to the Games & 3rd - For Some Stress Relieve ! It is much nicer & easier to give a compliment for making a good shot, then to cuss him/her out for it.
( 2 ) Racists Remarks, Name calling.
We have a Simple policy on the {SwSS} towards Racism - We DON'T Tolerate it ! Our Servers are constantly monitored, when RACISM is spotted by an admin or when we spot it in the LOGfiles, you get an Instant BAN
If we get complains about that someone is acting as a Racist, he or they will get an Instant Ban !
- Policy for Instant Banning - there will be NO warning given Prior to the BAN ! -
( 3 ) The {SwSS} Voting Policy
- You will be Kicked or TempBanned if you practice EXCESSIVE Voting on the UO server & the Krakin server !
Excessive Voting = every vote you do is a Failure. (a maximum of 3x Votes is allowed) When seen by an admin you will be Kicked or when it becomes Obnoxious you get a Tempban !
- A kick is eminent, if your vote is within the FIRST 4 minutes after a new MAP Starts and/or in the LAST 4 minutes before a MAP Ends.
- You will be Kicked or Tempbanned, by joining the Server & Start Voting right away. This is considered as very Obnoxious behaviour & Excessive Voting.
If you practice voting for a hobby, you will get 1 hour of free thinking-time in Cyberspace ! A permanent Ban could be the next option.
( 4 ) What is Excessive & Obnoxious Behaviour.
You will get Kicked, Tempbanned or Banned if you practice this Behaviour just for the fun of it and on regular basis. This rules is for all Servers we currently have and for all Future Servers
The following actions are to be considered as Excessive & Obnoxious behaviour. 1 - Rolling NAMEBINDS are very Obnoxious in a UO game. (Kick, Tempban max. 3x, BAN)
4 - Team Jumping - Jumping to the winning side all the time ! - (Kick, Tempban max. 2x, BAN) on Uneven Teams, the Computer decides on which Team you Fight.
5 - Copy Cats - (BAN) - Copy Cats take the name of a regualar player to start hacking, cheating or do other offensive things!
6 - Cussing all the TIME, without endings or because you got shot to many times. Go play another game or other Servers. (Kick, Tempban max. 2x, BAN)
7 - Unnecassary Name calling - for example Sexual, Porn related (Kick, Tempban max. 3x, BAN)
8 - When someone involves your relatives into the gameplay. (Your Family, Girlfriend, etc.) (Tempban 1x, BAN)
9 - Calling out for HACKER or CHEATER all the time, Just because someone is better than you. (We guard our servers for Hackers on a constant base !) - (Kick)
BUT if the Hacker is legit, then at all times, give out his name in the Chatbox, so that we can get rid of them via the LOG'S controle's, which we do each day.
When you want to play our Servers You must have a Valid name - A Valid name is reconizeable by everyone. The following names are NOT allowed on the {SwSS} Game Servers
Attention ! The score's for these type/kind of names will be deleted from Gametracker.com
A dot (.) is Not a Valid name - but the name Dot or dot is.
Just a Color ^1 is Not a Valid name.
Having only number as a name ?? like 111, 1111, 007, 1213, etc. will not be Tolerated. A kick with or without Warning will be given & if you become obnoxious enough to us - we will BAN you.
The following signs are Not reconinized as a name ( ) ; , : ' " ! + = _ - * & ^ % $ # @ ` ~ . < > ? / \ | [ ] { } A mix out out these signs, is not allowed either. When you use them You will be asked to change once, if you don't react to it, you will be Kicked
A smillie face is funny ;-) - put them in your e-mails. do not use them as names.
Due to Exploits these names are No longer Valid names: - UNKNOWN SOLDIER - the standard Call of Duty name - UnnamedPlayer - (help the UnnamedPlayers to change their names, as often they are new to the game)
You will be asked only 3x to change it, after that a Kick is the result. - A BAN will Follow if you dont respond.
( 6 ) Names that are never ALLOWED on the {SwSS} Game Servers !
- The following names will never BE ALLOWED to use as Game names on our Servers nor in our Clan. - You will be asked only twice to change it, after that a permanent BAN will be the result.
- Any 2nd WW criminal - (or anything that looks like it or is related to it) - Hitler, Hilter, Adolf Hitler - (or anything that looks like it or is related to it) - Himmler, Geuring, Gohring - (or anything that looks like it or is related to it) - Rasists names - Porn related names - Sexual related names - Osama Bin Laden, Sadam Hussein - (or anything that looks like it or is related to Terrorisme) - Names that have advertisements in them for other Clans or Servers - Recruitment advertisements or other Clan servers -
( 8 ) Hackers, will be removed from Game play.
- So when are you a HACKER ??
1. when you use a Wallhack 2. when you use an AIMbot 3. when you a Wallhack & an AIMbot 4. when you use an Script, to have advantage's over the other players. 5. when you use a Multihack 6. when you use an Namescripter which makes it impossible to follow you (you think). Namescripters are always attached to HACKING programs. 6. when U use all the above, together
ATTENTION !! If you become Banned from our Servers, all your score's on the Gametracker.com, will be DELETED !
( 10 ) Members Section: What do we Expect from you our Member, Cadet or Recruit ?
You are an member of the only {SwSS}Clan, we are an Elite Clan for over 9 years now ! Act as an proud {SwSS}Member.
( 10-a ) Respect all our Guests on our Servers, at all times.
( 10-b ) Double Clanning is an Offence, We will EJECT you from the Clan
( 10-c ) Never change your {SwSS} Clan name for something else
( 10-d ) Recruits & Cadets have to Show up for Practice's as much as possible ! Let us the Practice Managers, Clan Captain's and / or Management know when you cannot make it to a practice
( 10-e ) Are U 18 or above, we expect from you that you PAY the Clan-Contribution in the 1st weeks of the new month !
If you leave our Clan, because you dont want to Pay the Contribution, You are NOT welcomed back to play our Servers as a Guest - You will be Banned from them.
( 10-f ) As a Member or a Recruit or a Cadet, you have to be or become Active on our Servers, Website and Xfire
( 10-g ) When You play online, you must run Xfire, in case we need to contact you.
( 11 ) If you as Member can't behave on our servers, you will be Kicked, Tempbanned or Banned just as anybody else.
( 12 ) You are NOT allowed to Start an Onscreen fights with our Guests, NEVER !.
( 13 ) If you have a brawl with an Admin or fellow Member, Use your Xfire for it !.
( 14 ) You do NOT doubt an ADMINS decision, while in gameplay.
You are member of the {SwSS}Clan, You Represent OURClan, remember that.
And when playing on other servers than ours, behave on them, as you would do on ours.

( 14 ) Website Rules
REGISTERING to our website, DOES NOT make you a member to our Clan.
This Website is Protected If you want entry onto our website then you have to REGISTER. If you want to chat in the Chatbox, you will have to REGISTER. Our E-mail and PM's are only visible, when you REGISTER In most cases the registration will be completed in 2 days - after you have ACTIVATED your account.
Giving an non-exsisting E-mail adress will eventually make you be BANNED from the Website.
At all times Management has the rights to remove Pictures that contain Sexual, Racial, Racism, War Criminal, Terrorism or any other offensive content, without asking permission.
This website is not intended to be used as a spambox, the purpetrador(s) along with their content will be removed and Banned !
We Do Not allow this website to be a place where you can act Racism or put other offensive material on it. At all times this content will be removed along with the one who placed it (Banned from Website)
